Your Information & Privacy
Providing your personal information is optional. However, if you choose not to provide contact details, we may be unable to confirm your booking or send you important course information.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your data is securely stored, and we only share it with trusted third-party providers when necessary (e.g., for payment processing).

At Postpartum Pathways, we are committed to supporting expectant parents as they prepare for the postpartum period. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes circumstances arise that may affect your ability to attend. Please review our refund policy below:

Course Cancellations by Participants:

• Full Refund: If you cancel your registration at least 14 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund or transfer to an alternative date subject to availability.

• Partial Refund: If you cancel your registration within 7-13 days before the course start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee. Alternatively, a transfer to another course date may be possible, but this will be at the discretion of the course provider and subject to availability.

• No Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date will not be eligible for a refund, unless due to unforeseen circumstances such as early birth or other emergencies.

Refunds Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: We understand that sometimes life events, such as the arrival of your baby before the course date or other dire circumstances, may prevent you from attending. In these cases, we offer a full refund or the option to transfer to another course, regardless of the cancellation timing. Refund requests under these circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can support you.

Course Cancellations by Postpartum Pathways:

In the unlikely event that Postpartum Pathways needs to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the course fee, or an option to reschedule to another course date. We will notify you as soon as possible in case of any changes.

Transfers:

If you are unable to attend a course you have already registered for, we are happy to offer a transfer to a future course, provided there is space available. Transfer requests must be made at least 14 days before the course start date. Any requests made after this time will be at the discretion of the course provider.

accommodate your needs and support you during this important time.

By booking a course with Postpartum Pathways, you agree to the following:

• Bookings & Payments – Your place is confirmed once full payment is received.

• Cancellations & Refunds – Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

• Participant Responsibilities – Our courses provide educational guidance, not medical advice. You are responsible for your own well-being and decisions.

• Course Changes – We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel courses if necessary. In this case, you will be offered a refund or alternative date.

• Privacy – Your personal information will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
