Having been through birth and 1.5 years of postpartum with my first born, I didn’t expect this course was aimed at me or would affect my upcoming postpartum experience much. I was very wrong. The course helped me see that the experience of good and bad I had been through can be both enhanced and improved.
This course helped me to enter my second postpartum period with a plan of predetermined intentions and practicalities that smoothed the journey ahead. The first 6 weeks have so far been a very different and overall more wholesome experience. I’m so glad I went along to this session and only wish this had been available to me before my first child was born.

Hana perfectly combines first-hand experience with science in order to deliver a course that has made us feel better prepared, more relaxed, and confident about navigating the postpartum phase together. We are so happy we took this course. Thanks, Hana - we are very appreciative for all the knowledge you've equipped us with.

There were so many helpful topics covered, and all of them were a big support for us as new parents. The class helped us realise that our relationship and wellbeing also need attention, not just the baby.
One of our favourite parts was the nutrition section, the ideas for what to cook and how to prepare nourishing food for mums were so good!
The venue was set up beautifully and felt cosy, like a little retreat. After the class, we felt less anxious about what life would be like with our baby. We left feeling much more mentally and emotionally prepared.
Thank you, Hana. Your passion to share the best information with new parents was truly felt. You are warm, knowledgeable, and such a great speaker. The food you prepared was comforting, and we really enjoyed the whole two days.

I attended the introductory session of Preparing for Postpartum a few months prior to the birth of our second little one. Hana and Sophie created a magical space to explore the depths of the postpartum journey using both personal stories and evidence based research.
I found this course validated feelings from my previous postpartum experience and gave me tips for new ways to ease the load in the upcoming period. I imagine both new parents and those who have been on the postpartum adventure before will all get something to take away in their parenting toolbox from this course.

As first time parents this course was so great in helping me and particularly my husband understand just how important recovery is for the mama and not just the baby. Hana provided practical tips on how we could best prepare for a positive postpartum journey and provided opportunities for my husband and I have meaningful conversations about things we hadn't even thought of but are so so important. I would recommend this course to any new mama.
